Food & Beverage Processing Network (FBN) emerges as a continuation of the PET Packaging Network (PPN) project and its expansion to the food industry in general.
We can offer equipment for processing and/or packaging food and beverages, as well as provide advice and know-how to carry out your projects.
FOOD PROCESSING
LEGUMES, LEAFY VEGETABLES AND TUBERS
Reception, removal of soil and stones, air separation, washing, brushing, steam peeling, grading, selection, blanching/roasting and cooling, portioning, ultra-frozen or preserved in oil, and glazing.
PASTA
Machinery for processing long pasta, short pasta and seafood risotto mixes. Equipment for pasta boiling, sauce preparation, individual quick frozen (IQF) and mixing.
FISH AND MOLLUSKS
Washing, thawing, grading, scaling, skinning, evisceration, filleting, curling, cutting, blending, separation of hard parts and deep freezing.
SNACKS AND READY
DISHES
Equipment for preparation, mixing, shaping, battering, breading, pre-frying, cooling and ultra-freezing.
OTHERS
Drying, dehydrating, mixing and grinding equipment for dried fruits, yeast powder, egg powder, herbs, spices, etc.

Vacuum/high vacuum packaging (with shrink-wrap, multi-layer or coated aluminum bags).

Packaging in preformed trays (PP, PE, PS, PET-C, A-PET, PPE, EPET, cardboard and aluminium). Hermetic sealing of trays and ready-made dishes.

BEVERAGE PROCESSING
BEERS AND ALCOHOLS
Hot and cold stages, including storage tanks, grinding system, cooking, filtering, fermentation, pasteurization and cleaning.
MILK AND JUICES
Indirect sterilization systems for either low viscosity products or more flexible units capable of processing products with pulp and fibers (pasteurizer and UHT units with tubular or plate exchanger).
INSTANT DRINKS
Milk powder, tea, coffee, chocolate powder: drying, dehydrating, grinding equipment.

FILLING LINES
[ WINES ] Rinsing, filling, corking and encapsulation.

[ JUICES ] Rinsing, filling (PET or glass, cold or hot) and capping.

HOT-FILLING
High temperature filling to preserve shelf life and maintain product properties without preservatives or chemicals.
ASEPTIC FILLING
Filling at cold or ambient temperature, having previously sterilized the product and container, ensuring asepsis during filling.
