One of the most recent innovations in refrigeration equipment is the Adiabatic System. This system consists of placing water-soaked cellulose plates on the air inlet of the chillers (ambient air coolers, without refrigeration compressors). The water curtain thus created humidifies to saturation point (95%) the ambient air entering the cooling equipment, and reduces its temperature by more than 8° C.
In addition, the speed of revolution of the fans and the flow of water through the cellulose plates varies according to the needs of the moment.
As a result, the Adiabatic System increases the performance of the chillers, improving their energy efficiency. This technology is especially recommended in extreme process conditions or regions with high temperatures.
From PET Packaging Network we are at your disposal to offer you European cooling equipment for industrial processes and/or beverages by Adiabatic System, by air or by water condensation.
